It this project still alive

I am interested in using a program such as this, but it would appear that advances in php have not been recognized by the developers of this program. Do you intend on upgrading so that this program can be used with php5?

AdvoKit runs (and installs) fine on PHP5

This misaprehension seems to have taken on a life of its own! AdvoKit runs and installs on PHP4 and PHP5. The reported problems are, in most cases, due to varying PHP configurations with respect to file and folder permission requirements (for security reasons many setups will not execute a php file that has public write privileges - 777), or timeout settings.
