I followed the instructions and for some reason the installer does not run.

I use this as the link on my testing server and I see the message that says Click here to start the installer.

After I click on this I get an error message and nothing happens.

Do I need to run this process directly connected into the server with a web browser ? I am running

this on a test server that I only have limited access to.

Here's the message that I get

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
