I originally was looking for other templates because the advokit installation was butt-ugly. However, after some investigation I found out that the installer wipes out the CSS files, overlib.js and the images directory (and messes up their permissions) somehow. After FTPing those back in from the installation tar, all is right with the world and the Advokit installation looks reasonable. Perhaps the installation from a windows folder to a linux server screwed up the permission, but my current linux host won't give me shell access so I had to untar onto my windows box and ftp the untarred file tree.
